Hi, I'm Dani (she/they). I specialize in providing psychotherapy in a safer and affirming space for individuals from historically marginalized groups. My practice is located in Minneapolis, MN, on occupied Dakota and Anishinaabe ancestral lands. Many of my clients identify as part of the queer/trans/nonbinary community and/or as Black, Indigenous, or people of color. I am sex-positive, sex worker–friendly, kink-allied, and well-versed in alternative relationship structures. I practice from an anti-oppression, body-neutral, feminist lens.
As a therapist, I've worked with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, exploration of gender and sexuality, neurodivergence, and complex trauma. I have extensive experience and thoroughly enjoy working with graduate students and academics. I also support people navigating queer/trans fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, especially non-gestational parents.
For mental health professionals, I offer supervision and consultation to help deepen work with clients while attending to issues of power, privilege, and identity.
