My office is located in downtown Minneapolis. I see most clients in person but can make telehealth accommodations. My working hours are generally 10a-4p.
I reserve the same time every week just for you. I may suggest we see each other 2-3 times weekly to address entrenched patterns that you’d like to shift. I do not see new clients on an every-other-week or monthly basis.
